Look at my baby peaches! We are so excited, (knock on wood) we're actually going to get some fruit this year. These little babies are about the size of a quarter. I can taste 'em already! It looks like we're going to have some apples too, but I'm not so sure about the plums. I think they bloomed too early and got the kiss of death from the frost. We'll have to wait and see, I guess.
NOOOOO!!!! I can't believe you already have baby peaches! Stuff was still in bloom here when we got hit with snow. Waahhh!!! I seriously doubt we'll have ANY fruit here this year. Do you expect to have enough to sell?
Michelle, I tried to reply to this post when you first sent it, but I guess it didn't save! I doubt we'll have enough fruit to sell this year. We lost about 10 peaches in the storm. We're babying them, though, so we'll have to see how it turns out. The frost got our plum trees and so it's another year with no plums. :( We have some granny smith and red delicious apples growing. I hope the squirrels don't find them!
